Is this a group trip? Does it mean I have to do things with the group?

The Girlfriends Getaway is designed to be an easy solution for you to get away with your girlfriends, so there’s no obligation or expectation to participate in meals or activities with the group, but we will have some completely optional meet-ups at the resort (happy hour, anyone?) if you do want to connect with other women in the group.

Do I have to book through you to be a part of the group?

Participation in the Girlfriends Getaway requires booking your land through VBH Travel. We have lots of fun extras and surprises planned and don't want you to miss out! Our discounted bulk air is only currently available if you book the land package with us.

What happens after I submit my deposit?

You’ll receive a confirmation of your deposit, as well as travel insurance pricing once your deposit is received and processed. If you need flights, we will also send you flight options and pricing at that time.

Are there additional expenses that I should plan for?

While this trip is designed to be an all-in-one price, motorized watersports, spa treatments and a few upgrades are not included in the price. We also usually recommend budgeting $10-20/day for tips. Optional travel insurance is priced individually based on trip cost, age and state of residence - pricing will be sent to you after deposit is submitted.

What if I have special dietary restrictions or allergies? How is the food?

Hotel Xcaret Arte is very accommodating of most dietary requirements, just let us know so we can alert the resort.

The food and beverages at this hotel are excellent.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

$500 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Reservation may be transferred to another guest up until December 1, 2024.

• October 1, 2024- Final payment is due, $1000 non-refundable

• November 1, 2024 - Full package cost is non-refundable. Reservation can be transferred to another guest without penalty.

• December 1, 2024 - Last day to transfer reservation to another guest.
